Return Policy
We have a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as received — unused, with original packaging and receipt.

Damaged or Faulty Products
If your item arrives damaged or not working, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a reverse pickup at no cost to you and replace the product after inspection.
If complaint is raised after 7 days, a reverse pickup charge of AED 20 will apply.
Cosmetic Products
Used or unsealed cosmetic products cannot be returned. If the seal is intact, your case will be reviewed within 5–7 working days.
Electronic Products
If the product is not faulty, return shipping charges of AED 35 will apply.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you within 5–7 business days. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
